A cash deposit is required for private and commercial bookings, please contact the hall manager to discuss further. £50 is required for parties in the Main Hall for under 10 year olds.

All deposits will be refunded on the next working day after the event as long as all the terms and conditions of the bookings have been met and the Hall's property remains undamaged.

No additional time is allowed for setting up or clearing away. This must be included within the booking time. If the hirer exceeds the booking times a charge will be deducted from the deposit given prior to the event.

No need to worry about opening or locking as this is all taken care of for you, someone will always be on call for the duration of your hire so you can have a hassle free event.

All rates are subject to review by the LGCCG Board of Directors.
